Round window

According to Wikipedia,

The "round window" is one of the two openings into the cochlea of the inner ear. It is closed off from the middle ear by the round window membrane, which vibrates with opposite phase to vibrations entering the cochlea through the oval window. It allows fluid in the cochlea to move, which in turn ensures that hair cells of the basilar membrane will be stimulated and that audition will occur.

Anatomy:

The round window is situated below and a little behind the oval window, from which it is separated by a rounded elevation, the promontory.

It is placed at the bottom of a funnel-shaped depression (the round window niche) and, in the macerated bone, opens into the cochlea of the internal ear; in the fresh state it is closed by a membrane, the secondary tympanic membrane or round window membrane, which is a complex saddle point shape. The visible central portion is concave toward the tympanic cavity and convex toward the cochlea but towards the edges, where it is hidden in the round window niche, it curves the other way.

I miss that place. =(

Let this post be picture-less. As I don't have any right now. Can't wait to get the pictures and post 'bout the camp. My, I just miss that place. Can't believe that I'm facing the monitor right now. Bring me back there. Bring us back there. Please. =(

Anyway here's what happened. This may be a bit messy but, who cares. So the first day. 17th March. Arrived KBC at 8. 8 plus. Forgotten. XD Arrived Balok Beach an hour or so later. 12 joined this camp: Rufus, Amos, Wei Han, Reuel, Jerome, Jeremy, Jordan, Daniel, Joyce, Yan Wen, Mandy, me. So we started with ice-breaking, which was the curtain game. My I'm so lazy to write 'bout the whole camp right now. Anyway, there's this mamitoe thing which I do not know how to explain it here. Each of us were to draw out a name from the bag which papers of our names on it. The person that you drawed shall be your mamitoe. The task is that, we were to treat our mamitoe nicely throughout the whole camp. Gives things to your mamitoe through someone else. Etcetera. Just treat your mamitoe nicely without him or her knowing it. Until the end of the camp. Hahh. My mamitoe had a shock when she found out that she's my mamitoe as she didn't expect me to be the one, at all. Hahh. So that's the end of the camp. Will be back to write more as I really don't feel like writing 'bout it now.
